Ix Web Hosting owns its own state-of-the-art data centers, and claims 99.9% uptime, guarantees it even. Ix Web Hosting is different from many other web host providers, because when you purchase a package from them, they actually provide 15 free IP addresses with it, meaning no sharing IP addresses with customers, and also no possibility of accidently being blacklisted due to unknowing association with less than honourable websites.
Keep in the mind though that these 15 address do not substitute for a real SEO hosting solution, and are all the same C class address.
Based on one review, we found that IX web hosting has a very strong and supportive customer support system. Another way in which they differ from other major web hosting providers is that they actually assign each of their customers a personal customer support assistant, meaning gone are the days when every time you ring up with a problem you’re speaking to the hundredth customer support assistant this month! We think a more personal support system is a great idea, and really helps shape customer’s experiences with IX web hosting.
As for price, IX web hosting prices are slightly more expensive than Hostgator and iPage (which are around $3.50 a month), as their packages start from around $3.95 per month. However, due to their high reliability and also very well structured customer support system, we think that’s a fair price.
Also, one of the strong benefits of using IX web hosting is their one click install system.
This means it’s incredibly easy for every user to quickly and easily set up new websites, as it allows you to one click install software such as WordPress and Joomla.
They also offer easy customization and creation of websites, with their easy to use web creation tools, meaning it won’t be a chore when you finally decide to create that shiny new website that’s going to net you millions.
However, we have heard some bad things about IX Web Hosting, namely their unlimited web domain guarantee. Apparently, they state that it IS unlimited, but we have heard cases where people have used 10GB, or even less and their accounts have been restricted, and their businesses have suffered as a result. Perhaps this might be something to watch out for in the T+C’s if you decide to use them.
Overall, IX web hosting seems to be a very good web hosting service, and definitely one to look out for if you’re just beginning, or looking to switch from another provider.

I had a bad experience with them. Finally moved to iPage which is far better then this one. Sure I didn’t expect the miracle for that price.
I am very disappointed with them and need to switch hosts now. Like the poster before, bad experience. From slow server, to bad support, to price raise.
It is a shame that loyal customer get ripped off and suddenly FREE domains are not free anymore and they also try to sell one their overpriced domain renewals as super special price.
I am very disappointed with them
